Finally you'll be able to safely return to all of your previous activities without fear of reinjury. - These amazing results are achieved through daily custom made workouts with specific movements, video visits, and any time messaging to answer all your questions and troubleshoot problems as they arise Do I have to have an MRI or other advanced scan? - No. While it may be of some help at times, in general it won't be necessary for this program. You will be fully assessed prior to being accepted to the program to ensure you are a good fit
